PLAN YOUR CLOTHES
Pick out your outfit the night before, so you don't have anything to worry about in the morning. Your clothing will already be ready for you.
HOLD off on YOUR PHONE USE
You don't need to check your email the second you get out of bed. Put your work on hold until after breakfast.

Making your bed when you get up in the morning reduces your urge to want to climb back in which will put you in a better mood.
