Sometimes, the things that they've warned us about are actually healthy for us to do. Don't buy it? Well, here are a few "reckless" things that it's actually healthy for you to do:
1. Skipping Class
You shouldn't wait until you're physically sick to skip class. If you're under a lot of stress, and don't think you can take another day of listening to your professor drone on, then there's nothing wrong with taking a mental health day. It's not going to set you back. You'll still get a great education, even if you take a day off every few weeks.
