The gifts in this video were suggested for Christmas, but may be used for any occasion. A major theme MaryElizabeth had was glassware, such as margarita glasses. These could be used to dress up any drink though! Make even water look attractive with a slice of lemon! Like she said, if you drink out of a person's glass at a restaurant, why not? Just wash and wrap!
Your gifts are going to be seen as unique. You are not going to see the gifts in major expensive department stores so, the recipient is going to wonder where the gift came from, hardly giving thought to a thrift store. The person is going to know it took much thought and be clueless as to how much it had cost.
Finally, clean it up, wrap it up and be pleased with yourself! You are not being cheap. You are being thoughtful, and that is what counts!
