I'm going to tell you all about the benefits of living in a tiny house. A typical tiny house is about 2.4 x 5 meters and contains a living area, sleeping loft, kitchen, and bathroom. Most of these homes fit on a trailer allowing for easy relocation. The main benefits of living in one are freedom from debt and the chance to leave a lower carbon footprint. 1. Minim House

Minim House is the most reported on tiny home in Washington, D.C. Minim Homes lets the public choose from two plan sets with detailed elevations, construction guidelines and build photos. Foundry Architects built Minim House with a 960 watt solar panel and a system that captures and treats up to 290 gallons of water. The structure is made from untreated, shiplapped cypress and structural insulated panels. Other features are a 10-foot galley kitchen, full size bed, and a walnut desk. Everything you need with a smaller set of bills is definitely one of the benefits of living in a tiny house,

2. The Nugget

This is Modern Tiny Living’s first micro home. They outfitted it with total off-grid capability. Elements include a full bathroom with a composting toilet, a large kitchen sink, and a nice sleeping area. The vinyl flooring and white poplar cabinets give the home a modern look.

3. The Eco-Conscious Turnkey Home

Greenmoxie has unveiled this 340-square-foot, off-grid tiny house on wheels. The builders used a bunch of reclaimed materials for almost everything. Features include a solar PV system, a roof water recovery system and low-voltage LED lighting. A bonus detail is the frameless glass railing in the loft.
