1. Parallel Universe

The concept of a parallel universe is so hard to fathom because you have to take several things into consideration, but let’s look at it on a superficial level. What if there was another universe branching off of ours or our universe was branching off of others? How interesting would it be to discover the evidence that there is something that we never knew about? What if there was a copy of you with a different mindset? A parallel universe is one of the things we wish existed because it would be something so much bigger than us!

2. Hogwarts

As a big fan of Harry Potter, I have always wished that that world existed! Life would be so much more interesting if we were able to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, unless of course you were a muggle. Yes, the cons would be that we would have to face the dark magic and fight off he-who-must-not-be-named, but it would still be worth it! Which house would you want to become a part of: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff?

3. Superpowers

I don’t think there is one person in this world who hasn't wished that he or she had superpowers. It’s some sort of mandatory thought that passes through every child’s mind. Even now while watching movies like X-Men, Avengers, etc we love to get sucked into the world of the supernatural. Things would definitely get interesting if we all had a particular power!

4. Talking Animals

Although parrots can somewhat communicate with people through speech, the rest of the animal world remains silent, except for the occasional groans. But what if that was not the case, and what if they had the complete ability to say whatever they wanted? Life would be like a zookeeper movie and venting to your pets would no longer be strange.

5. Time Travel

If you had a time machine, would you travel years into the past or years into the future? On one hand you would be able to meet your ancestors and trace your bloodline, but on the other hand, you can meet your children or even grandchildren and see where you would end up. Both of these scenarios seem enticing! Only if time travel was real, right?

6. Mermaids

It’s interesting how we have betters maps of Mars and the Moon than we do of the bottom of the ocean! There may be entities of life that we would never have thought of and what if some of those entities were mermaids? It would be interesting to see how our world would react to the world under the sea.

7. Invisibility Cloak

This is another thing borrowed from the Harry Potter world that we all wish was real. I think everyone has moments in life when they don’t want to be seen and bothered by anything, and there is really no solution for that besides locking yourself in your bedroom. However, what if you still wanted to observe? The invisibility cloak would really come in handy.
