Stress sucks!

But unfortunately, we all deal with it.

Here's some great coping mechanisms for those who struggle to deal with stress.

1. FOCUS on ONE THING

room, dining room, home, interior design, design,

If you are stressed, it will be difficult for you to focus on so many things at once.

So focus only on one thing that’s important to you at the moment.2

This will make it easier for you to focus and to do a job of higher quality right away.

Know your limits.

2. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TIME for THINGS YOU LOVE to do

writing, design, drawing, brand, hand,

Maybe Rihanna’s song is all about the WORK,WORK, WORK,WORK,WORK,WORK but whats’s the point if you work and don’t have time for the things you love to do ?

You will feel more stressed and unmotivated, so take your time to relax yourself.

Go to shopping, play games, go out with your friends, simple just do what you love to do.

It will be worth it.

3. If IT DOESN’T GET DONE TODAY, IT CAN BE DONE TOMORROW

Sometimes you have a bad day or you were too busy at work and you couldn’t do what have you planned or hoped for.

Instead of stressing like it’s your last day on earth, why don’t you sit and relax?

I didn’t mean for you to procrastinate but if there is nothing to rush for,you can do it when you have more free time.

4. ASK for HELP

Call someone from your close ones if you can’t do everything by yourself.

By helping each other you can make the work more interesting and you will feel more motivated to do it.

So why not ask for help?

It’s not a sin.

5. STOP LOOKING for PERFECTION

When you measure yourself to a perfect standard then it will be pretty much impossible to keep your self esteem up and feel good about yourself more than once in a while.

Go for Good Enough.
