If you’re one of those people who really feel good at work and who really enjoy the time spent there, I must tell you that you are really lucky to have found such a job. By enjoying what you do, you’ll feel more alive and joyful all day long and you should really cherish that, because there are a lot of people out there who are stuck doing something they really hate because they have to support themselves.

2. You Would Recommend Your Company to Your Friends

If one of your friends or family members is looking for a job and you would not hesitate in recommending them to work at your company, then it’s a clear sign you really love what you’re doing. I’m sure you want the best for your loved ones and if you hope to have them as your coworkers, then you should know that working in your company is the best choice they could make regarding their career.

3. You Enjoy Helping Your Colleagues

Another very clear sign you are absolutely in love with what you do is the fact that you are always willing to help your coworkers, no matter how difficult that task might be. You always think about other people’s well-being and not about your individual needs. You always try to share credit with your colleagues and make them celebrate every success, no matter how small it might be.

4. You Have Friends at Work

Having friends at work is quite a big deal nowadays, especially since everyone is competing with each other and trying to be the best in the company in order to climb the hierarchical ladder. If you like and respect the people you work for and you only think about making them happy, then this is definitely the place for you to grow both professionally and personally.

5. You Hate It when You Can’t Go to Work

If you hate it when you can’t go to just because you think that you’ll disappoint people or because you don’t want to let your coworkers down, it’s a very clear sign you respect what you’re doing and that your colleagues’ well-being is really important to you. Even if you think that, I’m sure most of them will be more than happy to fill in for you.

Looking at the clock is just one of the things you hardly do when you’re at work because you are too passionate about what you’re doing and it always feels like time flies when you are there. Also, you can’t wait to get back tomorrow to finish what you’ve started and you even think about your tasks during your spare time without felling anxious or stressed out, but because you enjoy doing it.

7. You Never Have a “Case of the Mondays”

You never regret that the weekend has passed and you’ll have to return to work tomorrow. You don’t even understand those people who always complain about having a bad “case of the Mondays.” You love what you do and you can’t wait to get back to work as soon as possible because you always enjoy the time spent there.

8. You Work with Your Manager and Not for Him

If you think this way, I must tell you that you really are a very lucky person to have found such a job. It’s wonderful having a superior whom you can consider your partner, who treats you with respect, who trusts and values you.

9. You Enjoy Attending Meetings

Because you’re always thinking about the smooth running of the company and the well-being of your colleagues, you actually enjoy attending meetings. You like contributing in every way in order to find different solutions to the problems your company might face. You want to be able to take initiative and be a part of the changes your company might have to make.
