We just get caught up in all kinds of activities and we tend to put off all those tasks we need to take care of. Later we feel stressed and anxious because we don’t have enough time. 1. Perfectionism

This is one of the most common types of procrastination. Perfectionists tend to delay their tasks because the thought of not doing them perfectly is overwhelming and it’s stressing them out. They often put a lot of pressure on themselves and they set a lot of unrealistic goals. Also, once they start doing something, they find it extremely hard to finish it, since they want every detail in place and sometimes, such a thing is just not possible.
