Being in the closet is one of the worst things in the world to be. It can make your life completely hell. When I was in the closet, it was so hard to come out. When I finally did, it was fine and now I'm married to a beautiful woman. That isn't always the case for most of the LGBT community. @Liz, it's comments like that, that show how disgusting society can be. Other people happiness doesn't impact you at all. Be kind because there is no need for hateful comments on something like this.

Yeah it is & especially the part where your mother is trying to turn your head & your father just pretends your not there.

So sad, everyone is entitled to love and to be loved. My hubby is my soul mate, and I would want everyone to find that and as long as it's two consenting adults- what's the problem ?

That last one is just awful, that their mother would rather say their dead is messed up :(

That last one broke my heart. It's sad that someone's sexuality is "shameful" to some families.
