1. Get Social

One of the best and easiest mood lifters is socialization. When you are feeling blue, make a date with some of the people you love spending time with. You can make plans to go out on the town with them, or you can even stay in and spend some quality time with one another. Socializing will instantly lift your spirits and make you feel happier.

2. Take a Walk
