Punch them in the throat as hard as you can before they tie you up, it will crush their windpipe. Best to use either a rigid hand with the thumb at 90 degrees, angle hand and hit the throat with the "v" that you've formed or just curl your finger tips over, not making a full fist, and again jab as fast and hard as you can. It should kill them but if you're along way from help I'd tie them up before running away just in case, if there's tape, tape the arms to the body or to a post etc so they can't escape the way you've just watched!
