I absolutely love this Halloween costume for couples. Flo is the spokesperson for Progressive Insurance. She is very bubbly and almost annoying. Mayhem is a spokesperson for Allstate insurance. He is a weathered man with a bit of an attitude. He likes to show all the bad things that could happen and why insurance is important. They are a very unlikely duo but would make perfect Halloween costumes.

There is nothing like a little Disney love, right? Who wouldn’t want to dress as these two adorable cartoon characters for Halloween? Depending on your wardrobe you may already have most of the outfits in your closet. I personally would rather be Woody and Jesse than Cinderella and Prince Charming.
