Read a Blog You Love

Read a Blog You Love This is one of my favorite ways to start the day. I love to wake up and read a couple of my favorite blogs. It’s fun to follow bloggers you can relate to or admire. Lately, I’ve been reading blog posts on Bikini Body Mommy to learn more about healthy eating and exercise. Those few quiet minutes are a really nice, peaceful start to my day and could be something you enjoy, too.

Notice Nature

It always makes me think about how big the universe is and how small I am, and how small my problems are, in comparison. Even if you live in the city, you can notice nature. Look up at the sky and marvel at the clouds, sun, fog or whatever the conditions are. If you’re lucky enough to see a forest, lake, ocean, mountains or other amazing sights, take just a few moments to drink it in each morning.
