It can be a difficult process to learn to love and accept your body, but it’s something we should all learn to do. There are too many people, both men and women, who are carrying around so much self-hatred and feel shameful of their bodies and it’s heartbreaking. I’ve come to realize that no matter what I eat or how much I exercise, I will always have full hips and I accept that.
