"Small fish bowl" is not appropriate for goldfish or bettas. Goldfish require at least 3 gallons per inch of fish, which that bowl can clearly not provide. Betta fish breathe air, and bowls do not have enough area for them to breathe. This would prove to be a horrible life for both species.
