The Normal Werewolf
What with Twilight and Teen Wolf, werewolves are sure to be a hot ticket this Halloween. This idea proves that funny Halloween costumes can also be simple. See, all you do is dress up like you do every day. If someone asks what your costume is, say you're a werewolf. When they go on to question the lack of facial hair, fangs, and claws – as they will – just confidentially inform them that it's simply not a full moon. Well, unless it is. Then this won't work.

Alan Garner from the Hangover
This one is simple. All you need is a beer belly, white jeans, and a man purse. I'm serious, that's it. Props if you can grow a beard in time for Halloween. Ladies, I'm sure you can buy that bushy goodness somewhere!

Many funny Halloween costumes are sort of punny in nature. You know, based on puns. Usually I hate puns, but this one's funny. Dress as you normally do, again, and then stick a variety of different name tags all over yourself. Ta-da!

A Con Man
If you have a trench coat, whip it on. Then, layer a bunch cheap bracelets and watches – just costume jewelry! – up and down both arms. After that, just act as shady as possible and flash your wares at unexpected people.

Gum on a Shoe
I love funny Halloween costumes that don't require a lot effort. For this one, you just dress in pink and chomp on some bubble gum. Oh, and you have to tie a shoe to your head. See, you're the gum! Get it? What?

A Babe Magnet
Remember that black sweat suit? Keep that. This time, buy some cheap Barbies and glue them to your clothing. Voila! You're a babe magnet! This belongs on a list of funny Halloween costumes all on its own, but it's even funnier if you're a girl. Why? Because you're pretty and Barbie would be lucky to have you, that's why.

Static Cling
This can work with anything, even your regular clothes. Just attach some socks and underwear all over your outfit, and maybe in your hair as well. My dear, you have become static cling!
These funny Halloween costumes may be some of the funniest I ever heard of before! While I've been known to wear some funny Halloween costumes myself, I've never gone this all-out with them.
