There’s a lot of work that goes into studying for an exam, so if you start to feel stressed out, it’s perfectly normal to seek ways to feel better.

There are several things that you can do to help yourself relax, even if this means taking a short break away from your studies. If it helps you to get back in control then it will be worth the time. Find what helps you to relax. This could be breathing exercises, taking a hot bath or shower, or even spending time with friends.
