There are actually lots of good green teas, in fact, too many to choose from if you don’t know a good one from a bad one. First of all, you’ll want a loose leaf tea, a fresh one, so you know what’s actually in it, and second of all, you’ll want to buy from a reputable seller. I can help! I know what you’re thinking: with its deep green color, this looks more like fresh-cut grass than a good green tea! But it’s absolutely delicious, with a surprisingly rich flavor. The flavor is enhanced and heightened because the plants are covered two weeks before harvesting, so the leaves will retain their chlorophyll.
