Every Woman in Her Twenties Should Develop These Habits ...

I've always heard that your twenties are meant for self-discovery. While this is true, it's also the time to start developing some habits that'll help you out in life! Check out habits every woman in her twenties should start to develop:

1. Reading the News Every Morning

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Reading up on world news has never been easier. I mean, you can literally find everything on your phone! So, get into the habit of staying informed on what's going on in the world. It's important to stay in the loop!

2. Eating Breakfast

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Our parents have been telling us this since we were young but chances are you still leave the house without having a proper breakfast... Am I right? Now that you're all grown up and need to actually function at your job, make sure you eat some brain food in the morning! If you're just too lazy in the morning, make it easy by having a stack of yogurts, granola bars, and fruits, handy in the fridge so all you need to do is grab it and go!

3. Taking Care of Your Skin

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Want beautiful and youthful skin for the rest of your life? Start your skincare routine early! Find the best products that work for you and start using them daily. You'll thank yourself in the long run.

4. Setting an Alert for Paying Bills

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Oh, the joys of growing up and having bills to pay. To make sure you're paying everything off on time, set up a monthly alert. That way, you can stay responsible!

5. Looking up

(Your reaction) Thank you!

This means stepping away from technology (the phone glued to your hands) every once in a while. I get it, this generation is VERY tech-savvy and all this new technology has become vital in getting work done, socializing, etc., and it's only going to become more advanced with time. Start getting into the habit of looking beyond your phone!

6. Exercising

(Your reaction) Thank you!

Even if you already lead a pretty active life, make sure to give yourself some time (even if it's just a couple days a week) to exercise. Go for a walk or sign up for a yoga class!

7. Calling Your Parents

(Your reaction) Thank you!

This might sound a bit cheesy but just try calling your parents at regular intervals. It's great to check in with each other and you know moms, they worry... no matter how old you get.

Have you already developed these habits?
