I'm from India but I've been living in Dubai for almost 2 years now cause I study here.
I'm a second year psychology student in Heriot Watt university.
I want to be a Psychiatrist when I grow up. But my dream job is to become a musician.
My favorite thing to eat is Fro-yo! I just love frozen yogurt. It makes me happy! :D
My favorite movie is 'Before Sunrise'. I like the other parts as well but the first one is amazing! I have always loved watching Richard linklater's movies. They are very insightful and I like to watch movies that leave me wondering about life...
I think I would want to be Margo from Paper Towns. I adore her character!
It's hard to choose 3 songs because there are just, so many songs that I love! But I guess these are the ones I like best.
Lost stars from the movie Begin Again, Hero by Family of the Year, and She will be loved by Maroon 5
Determining favorites often feels like a whirlwind of emotions, but these melodies resonate with my soul. "Lost Stars" is a hauntingly beautiful piece that enchants with its poignant lyrics and melodious harmony. Then there's "Hero" by Family of the Year – it's like a heartfelt anthem echoing the trials and triumphs of life. And of course, "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5 is just timeless; it has that blend of raw passion and tender sentimentality that's absolutely captivating. Each song, in its own right, is a narrative, a memory, a piece of art that speaks volumes, and I'm just here for the story they tell.
My favorite book is 'looking for Alaska' by John green. I like it because it's very perceptive and I could relate to a lot of it. Also, I absolutely adore Alaska's character. She is wild, mysterious and unpredictable.
My tip would be to wear clothes that suit your personality and the ones that you are most comfortable with. Be confident with your style!
Something that I never skip, is my morning sun salutation routine. It is something I do religiously. It improves circulation of blood throughout the body, keeps you healthy and refreshes your mind.
My biggest celebrity role model is Pharrell Williams. He inspires me because he is so cool and composed in his interviews. He is very confident and sure of his work and doesn't let anyone tell him any different. His ideas and thoughts are what inspire me the most. He is a risk taker and is extremely talented. He has his own fashion style, which makes him, him. I mean, come on, don't we all just love his huge hats and creative shoes! The funny thing is, it is all so casual yet looks so fashionable!
Okay this answer might make no sense but I guess I look up to my future self. I mean, when I look back and compare myself to how I used to be and to how I am now. I think, there's a lot of improvement there. I have learnt and achieved so much and still learning and hoping to achieve a lot in the future.
You are beautiful and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You just need to make your self believe that, cause you are the only one that counts!
Thank you once again Vrinda for participating and for that lovely message. Lots of love <3
